Below are the answers to a few common questions regarding Terms of Use, but please feel free to contact us with any additional questions you may have or regarding any confusion.

 

Photographer Album Templates, Card Templates and Facebook  Templates

 

Proper Template Usage

Our templates are designed to be used by professional or amateur photographers in their marketing and branding materials directed toward their clients, in finished albums, holiday cards or birth announcements that the photographers has created to sell to their clients.  You may also use them for image presentation or sales demos and packaging. You may not however claim the template design as your own.  End Product produced for any client or customer must be flattened and merged for digital display or print and not in any version of its original format.  In addition, you may use these templates for your own personal use to create albums, cards, announcements or the like.

Additional Copies

You are permitted to create additional copies for your business computer or computers, for use by you and your employees.  The templates are specifically for use in your photography business, you may download the templates to more than one computer.  In fact, we highly recommend that you create a backup of your files on your external hard drive or CD/DVD.

File Sharing

Templates are not to be shared under any circumstance with anyone outside of yourself or those in your immediate employ.  You may not share the whole template, small parts of a template or any text in the template.  When you purchase the templates, only you, or those employed by you, may use them explicitly for your photography business or your personal use (i.e. a personal family album or holiday card.)

Fonts

Wedding Album Cafe holds no rights or license to and fonts used in our products. Fonts are not included with the templates.  For your convenience, we typically use fonts that are readily available on your computer or available for free on the internet.  In your download folder you will find a link to the fonts used.

Sale Of Templates

Neither our templates nor any product available at Wedding Album Cafe are to be offered for sale or resale at any website or physical location. At time of purchase you are owner of said template only. All copyright and licensing remains property of Wedding Album Cafe. To sell this product in its original or modified format digitally or physically is strictly prohibited.

Additionally you may not claim these templates as your own design.  This includes any modifications you make to the template itself. You may not offer the templates or any version of the templates to your clients or customers. You yourself or employees must create an end product complete with photographs and flattened or merged to present to the client.

 

Photographer Logos

 

Who is this logo for?

Simply put this logo for the purchaser and any employee within the purchaser’s company or business.  You may use this logo for any promotional materials, ie. business cards, websites, stationary, printed goods such as t-shirts, calendars, mugs etc. as well as product packaging.  You may use this logo for your personal branding and or your business’ branding.  Promotional materials for company employees is permitted.

May I use these to create logos for my clients?

Unfortunately not. These logos are not to be redistributed or resold in any format.

Limited Commercial Use

Additionally, You are permitted to use our logos to create an end product that you intend to market to a client. For example, you may use the logo to create business cards, blog headers, Facebook templates, stickers etc. Provided that the product produced to the client has been flattened and/or the layers containing the logo have been merged.  Under no circumstance should logo be presented to client in any format that contains transparency, ie. psd, png, tiff, ai or the like.

Logos and design remain property of Wedding Album Cafe and may not be claimed or promoted as your own.
